How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are handled through your Apple Account. Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, select Glowz, and choose to manage or cancel. Cancelling stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
How do I restore my subscription?
In the Glowz app, go to Settings and tap "Restore purchases."
Is my data private?
Yes. Your photos and skin data stay on your device. See our Privacy Policy for details.
