1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Glowz. If you are under 18, you may use the App only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Health & Safety Disclaimer

Glowz provides general information and tools related to sun exposure and tanning. Glowz is NOT a medical device and does NOT provide medical advice.

• Sun exposure and tanning carry real risks, including sunburn, premature skin aging, and skin cancer. You use the App and expose yourself to the sun at your own risk.
• UV index, forecast, and tanning-time information are estimates and may be inaccurate or delayed. Do not rely on them as your sole guide for sun safety.
• Always use appropriate sun protection and follow the guidance of qualified professionals.
• Consult a doctor or dermatologist before starting any tanning routine, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, take medication, or have a history of skin issues.

You are solely responsible for your own health and sun-exposure decisions.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Glowz offers auto-renewing subscriptions.

• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Your subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the price of your selected plan.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings after purchase. Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.
• Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Prices are shown in the App and may change. All purchases are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms.

4. License & Acceptable Use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to reverse engineer, copy, resell, or misuse the App or interfere with its operation.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its content, design, and trademarks, is owned by Chench LLC and protected by law. Photos you create remain yours.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chench LLC and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any personal injury, skin damage, or health issues arising from your use of the App or your sun-exposure decisions. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Chench LLC from any claims or damages arising out of your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

9. Changes

We may update the App or these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
